Absolutely! Our diffuser is completely compatible with essential oils.
How long does a full tank last?
A full tank can last up to 48 hours when plugged in otherwise it can last up to 15 hours when it is not plugged in.
Can I use the humidifier without essential oils?
Yes, oils are optional however for the best benefits of relaxation it is recommended to use essential oils.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days from your order date.
How long does shipping take?
Given the current pandemic, we are aiming to have your products to you in 6-13 business days from order shipment date, however, we have been experiencing some delays that extend these estimates slightly.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
